No, your brain isn’t a muscle (the last time I heard), but it still requires some kind of fitness regime to keep it assimilating more information.
So if you are a language learner, brain training is an absolute must. Words, phrases and concept understanding doesn’t enter the brain by osmosis (as much as we would love it to), there does need to be some activity going on in there to attract it and retain it. And this is where brain training can work for you.
So what is brain training?
