Memorising English has always been considered a poor way to enhance your English. Why because you should always be trying to learn the English in your everyday life and in that way you will understand the English meaning more effectively.

Well….I’m going to throw all that to the wind.

Actually memorising is one of the most effective ways to develop your English skills. Why?

  1. You need to memorise the alphabet,

Let’s face it, there really is no more effective way to learn it.

  1. You need to memorise the spelling of words

This is simple because there are so many exceptions to the rule that sometimes it’s just a case of memorising the spelling.

  1. Grammar rules need to be memorised

Rules are rules, and though it is good to question them, it makes life a lot easier if you can learn the formula, then decipher it later.
