If you have ever been in a situation in a country where you are stuck and you need something badly, and you know it will be difficult to get, so you consider the ‘corrupt way’ you will understand the concept of corruption. Meaning you consider ‘paying off’ someone so that you can get what you want. These people are commonly known as ‘corrupt officials’, yes they exist and unfortunately in most of these countries it is the only way these people feel that they can make a real living. Sad but true.
