How to open up BRAIN LIMITS

Over the years I have noticed that there are predominantly two kinds of people:

  • People who have an unlimited mindset
  • People who give themselves limits

To grasp the concept of an unlimited world view requires quite an amazing amount of openness on the part of the thinker. This doesn’t mean you sit and just let the mind wander any which way it wants and all is okay, it’s about realizing that the word ‘limit’ is not in fact the right word to use. It has too many negative and inhibiting qualities to it. The best term to use to replace ‘a limit’ is I believe is: ‘a flexible boundary’.

We all need boundaries and they come from all kinds of areas in our life. Here are a few that most of us live with:

  • Moral boundaries
  • Financial boundaries
  • Social boundaries
  • Physical boundaries
  • Legal boundaries
